MECC Baked Pork Chops with Potatoes - Cheesy MECC Unique Bread - MECC Roasted Chicken

Ingredients:
1 jar MECC Unique Seasoning (Mild or Hot)
8 pork chops, or 4 double pork chops
680g or 11/2lb potatoes, scrubbed
2 carrots, scrubbed
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt

Preparation:
Rub and massage the pork chops with MECC seasoning (leave for between 30 mins to 5 hours for max flavour).
Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/gas 7.
Cut the potatoes and slice into halves lengthwise.
Wash the carrots and slice in two lengthwise.
Add potatoes and carrots to the pork chops and put them into an appropriately sized roasting tray.
Season and roast in the oven for 1 hour.

Ingredients:

1 French Baguette (Sliced in length)
3 tbsps parmesan cheese
Mecc unique seasonings (Mild or Hot)

Spread 1 or two Mecc on each baguette slice. Sprinkle with cheese. ........................ Bake at 200 for 6 minutes or until lightly browned

Ingredients:
Chicken (whole or in pieces).
MECC Unique Seasoning (Mild - Hot or Extra Hot).
Salt (as required).

Preparation:

Rub and massage the Chicken with MECC Unique Seasoning (leave for between 30 mins to 5 hours for max flavour).
Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/gas 7.
Bake at 175°C or Grill until cooked to desired tenderness.

Serve Hot with fried ripe Plantain or Chips and MECC Seasonings as a side dish.
